Did you ever think there could be such a thing as too much fruit, or that we would be debating whether fruit should be part of a diet? We are told to eat natural, organic, non-processed, and that we should eat more fruits & veggies. Of course our kids prefer fruit to veggies, since they are sweet, and DO contain sugars, natural that is. But what about some diets out there that are "against"?
